New commander-in-Chief of the Polish Navy

Vice-Admiral Andrzej KARWETA is by the decision of the President of Republic of Poland new Commander-in-Chief of the Polish Navy. He replaced Fleet Admiral Roman KRZYZELEWSKI at this position. The handing-over ceremony took place on the 11th of November in Warsaw. Fleet Admiral Roman Krzyzelewski was Commander-in-Chief of the Polish Navy since October 2003.
